The Property Management division is a full service management company. We have our own maintenance crews, that avails themselves to the construction division's staff and expertise when needed. We handle marketing, advertising, leasing, legal, and maintenance in-house to keep operating costs low. Our company team members have a combined 40 years experience in property management of both large and small properties in Tennessee, Ohio, California, and Colorado. The mission of the Property Management division is to provide efficient and effective property management that preserves the asset value of the property, operating it in a way that makes residents feel at home while keeping operating costs in line.
