The Vista Group,
LLC / Brantley Developments, LLC is a builder of multi family projects. These include apartment buildings,
town homes, duplexes, and patio homes (single family attached homes). We are currently developing a 324 unit complex called The Ponds Apartment Homes in Wiggins, MS and an 80 unit Patio Home project
in Jackson, TN. We recently completed an 18 unit town home project replacing homes destroyed by a tornado.
Our services can take a project from design to occupancy. Our Property Management division can also
manage the project after completion. We can build from your plans, or design-build.
There are government programs available in various parts of the country to assist developers
with financing multi family projects including loan guarantees, low interest loans, and bond financing of streets and infrastructure.The Vista Group, LLC / Brantley Developments,
