The Vista Group, LLC is the real estate development arm of the company. The Vista Group, LLC has developed Vista Mirage, a single family home, sub division in Jackson, TN. Phase 2 is currently being developed and consists of 80 patio homes--single family attached homes. Additionally, The Vista Group, LLC has developed several other multi family and retail developments in Jackson, TN.

Currently we are also developing The Ponds in Wiggins, Mississippi. This 120 acre project will contain 324 apartments, two hotels, retail, and 181 single family homes. The Vista Group, LLC develops for its own account, and offers its development services to land owners and others as well.
