Summit-Brantley Building Innovations specializes in buildings for colleges and universities. We have recently completed three dormitories and a 15,000 square foot cafeteria for Lane College in Jackson, and currently have another dorm and a 40,000 square foot science building under construction. We understand that the academic schedule is fixed, so it is important to complete the buildings on-time. The average construction time is 5 months. We work with the institution to build within their budget.
Design/Build
Colleges are in the business of educating students, so we offer a design-build service where we handle the entire project from beginning to end--project conception to occupancy. This is cost effective and efficient for the school and allows them to concentrate on their mission while we handle all the details.
Lease-Purchase
In a time of rapidly increasing costs, it is becoming more difficult for colleges to find capital for construction of new facilities. We have a solution... a lease-purchase program. We will build the new building to the college's specifications, and lease it back. At the end of the lease, the college owns the building. This preserves the college's credit lines while allowing the school to obtain the facilities it needs. And, in the end, the college owns the facility. Contact us for more information.
